After a deep renovation of its oil mill, the Cooperative Colle del Marchese is ready for the upcoming 2017/2018 season. The weather conditions only partially helped: the late cold of last winter and the excessive heat of last summer created unfavorable conditions for the fly, the bitter enemy of the olive, that’s why the achieved results are remarkable. The result is a high quality but low quantity nectar which, however, is still available on our online shop… hurry up!
